What the Warranty Covers:

  • Manufacturing Defects: This warranty covers defects in materials or workmanship that may arise during normal use.
  • Parts and Components: Any internal part or component that malfunctions under regular conditions will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
  • Labor for Repairs: If necessary, Barra Airguns will handle labor costs associated with repairing or replacing any covered part.
  • Replacements: At our discretion, defective products may be replaced with an identical or comparable model.

What the Warranty Does Not Cover:

  • Improper Use or Handling: The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to follow operating instructions.
  • General Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear from normal use, such as scratches, dents, or minor cosmetic damage, is not included.
  • Unauthorized Modifications: Altering or modifying your airgun in any way voids the warranty.
  • Non-Barra Approved Ammo: Damage caused by using non-recommended or low-quality ammunition, which can affect performance and cause internal damage, is not covered.
  • Accidents or Environmental Damage: Damage from accidental drops, exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or other environmental factors is excluded.

How to Register Your Warranty and Make a Claim:

  1. Product Registration: Complete the Warranty Registration Form to register your product warranty.
  2. Submit a Claim: If you experience an issue, contact our customer service team at help@barraairguns.com with your name, purchase information, and a description of the problem.
  3. Assessment and Replacement: Our team will review your warranty claim and determine whether a replacement is necessary under the terms of your warranty.
