How long does standard shipping take within the United States?
In-stock items typically arrive within 3-6 business days. Please add an additional 7 days for shipments to Alaska and Hawaii.
When are orders processed?
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Which shipping carriers do you use?
We ship with USPS, FedEx, and UPS.
Do you ship to PO Boxes?
We do not ship to PO Boxes, a physical street address is required for airgun shipments.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, we offer free shipping on orders of $100 or more to the contiguous United States.
Are there any additional shipping charges for large or heavy items?
Yes, large or heavy items may incur additional shipping charges. These will be displayed during checkout.
Can you ship CO2 to Alaska or Hawaii?
Unfortunately, we cannot ship CO2 to Alaska or Hawaii.
Will my shipping time be affected by the season or weather?
Shipping times may be extended during busy seasons or due to weather-related delays. We recommend purchasing shipping insurance for extra protection.
How are shipping costs calculated?
Shipping costs depend on the destination and the weight of the item. You can view the exact shipping charges during checkout after entering your address.
What should I do if my package doesn't arrive as expected?
If your package is insured through Route, you can track or file a claim at Route Claims. For further assistance, please contact us at help@barraairguns.com.
Do you ship internationally?

What are my responsibilities when ordering internationally?
It is your responsibility to understand and comply with your country’s import regulations. Barra Airguns is not liable if your order does not clear customs.
