Shipping Policy

This policy was updated on March 1, 2021   

Barra Airguns ships mainly to consumers who reside in the United States.  We also ship limited products to Canada. It is your responsibility, however, to know your respective country's regulations and the laws of the land in which you reside. If you order a gun that doesn't pass your country's customs, it is not Barra's responsibility. Please see below for our gun fps chart. 

United States Orders Standard Shipping 

In-stock merchandise will normally arrive in 3-6 business days (AK & HI add 7 days) after the order is processed. Orders placed by noon Central Time usually ship the NEXT business day. 

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, during normal Barra Airguns business hours, except on national holidays. Please allow up to 48 hours for processing. Weekends and holidays will delay processing and shipment. 

Barra Airguns LLC ships with USPS, Fedex and UPS.  

A physical street address is required for any shipment that contains a gun of any type. We cannot ship to PO Boxes.  

Note: 

• Shipping date estimates are only valid for in-stock items. 
• Large and/or heavy items may require additional shipping charges. 
• CO2 cannot be shipped by air service, so it is excluded from Alaska and Hawaii orders. 
• Weekends and holidays are excluded. During busy holiday seasons, it might take an additional 1-2 days before your order ships. 

We do our best to get your item packed and shipped to you in a quick manner. Sometimes there are shipping delays that are out of our control due to weather or road conditions. We apologize for any inconvenience that this could cause, but we are not responsible for delayed shipping. It is always a good idea to purchase shipping insurance.

Shipping charges depend on destination and item weight. To determine shipping, add the items to the shopping cart and click the Check Out button. The shipping options (with exact shipping charges) will be displayed on the screen after you fill out the destination ZIP Code.

Didn't Receive Your Package?

There are some things outside of our control when it comes to shipping and the postal services we use. For this, we decided to work with Route to help you track your packages, if you purchased insurance with them, you can file a claim with them at:

KNOW THE LAWS THAT GOVERN YOU 

It is your responsibility to know the laws in your state, county, and city and to fully comply with them.  

Some state statutes and/or local ordinances prohibit the sale and possession of airguns and/or airsoft guns, crossbows, or slingshots in some areas. Know the laws that govern you. It is your responsibility to know the laws that govern you.

Barra Back Order Policy: 

We do not place items on backorder. However, you can sign up to be notified by email when inventory comes in by emailing help@barraairguns.com.
