What the Warranty Does Not Cover:
All Products
- Improper Use or Handling: The warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, or failure to follow operating or product instructions.
- Accidents or Environmental Damage: Damage from accidental drops, exposure to extreme temperatures, moisture, or other environmental factors is excluded.
Airguns
- General Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear from normal use, such as scratches, dents, or minor cosmetic damage, is not included.
- Unauthorized Modifications: Altering or modifying your airgun in any way voids the warranty.
- Non-Barra Approved Ammo: Damage caused by using non-recommended or low-quality ammunition, which can affect performance and cause internal damage, is not covered.
Consumable and Maintenance Products
- Normal Use and Depletion: Consumable products are designed to be used up. Product that has been partially or fully used, or has run out through normal use, is not covered.
- Satisfaction or Results: The warranty covers defects only. It does not cover dissatisfaction with results, preference, or expected performance when the product is free of defects.
- Improper Storage or Handling: Damage or degradation from improper storage (such as heat, freezing, or direct sunlight), contamination, mixing with other products, or failure to follow label directions is excluded.
- Expired Product: Product used or stored past its labeled shelf life or expiration date is not covered.
- Unauthorized Sellers: Products bought from sellers other than Barra Airguns or an authorized Barra retailer are not covered.
How to Register Your Warranty and Make a Claim:

For consumable products, please include photos of the defect and the product's lot or batch number, if one is printed on it.
- Assessment and Replacement: Our team will review your warranty claim and determine whether a repair, replacement, or refund is appropriate under the terms of your warranty.
