Returns Policy

If you are not satisfied with the condition or performance of the item(s) purchased from a Barra Airguns website, you may return the item within 30 days from the ship date for a refund or replacement.

To qualify for a refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee, and shipping & handling are non-refundable.

Purchased at BarraAirguns.com:

We will need a photo of your gun and an explanation for the return before we can approve it.

If you don’t have your order number, please email your name, address, reason for the return, and a picture of your gun and box to help@barraairguns.com.

Purchased at Walmart or Walmart.com:

Walmart does not accept returns on airguns. To show our commitment to customer satisfaction, we are happy to process return requests for these items. Please email help@barraairguns.com with a picture of your Walmart receipt, a photo of the gun, and a reason for the return. We will respond within 72 business hours with a decision on your request.

Purchased Somewhere Else:

Please email help@barraairguns.com with proof of purchase, your address, and a photo of the state of your gun and the reason for the return.

Once we approve your request, return unused items in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards, owner’s manuals, etc., within 30 days for an exchange or refund. Ensure the boxed item is placed in a separate shipping box to maintain the packaging’s condition. We will charge a restocking fee for any damaged packaging. Non-defective returns will incur a 15% restocking fee.

READ THESE SHIPPING RULES BEFORE RETURNING AN ITEM:

  • Returns without the complete original packaging may not be accepted.
  • Shipping and handling are non-refundable except in the case of defective merchandise shipped within the United States.
  • Shipping for returned merchandise should be prepaid.
  • Please allow 2-4 weeks from the date we receive the return for processing and credit.
  • We assume no liability for loss or damage to returned packages. We recommend purchasing insurance from your shipper.
  • Returning merchandise will void any associated promotions or rebates.
