If you are not satisfied with the original condition and/or performance of the item(s) purchased from a website of Barra Airguns you may return the item within 30 days from the ship date for a refund or replacement. 

To qualify for refund or replacement, items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached. Returned items are subject to a 15% restocking fee and shipping & handling are non-refundable.

Where did you purchase your item? 


Purchased at BarraAirguns.com: 

Please fill in this form with your order number and your email address. We will need a photo of your gun and an explanation for the return before we can approve the return.  barra-airguns.loopreturns.com

If you don’t have your order number, please email your name, address, a reason for the return and a picture of your gun and box to help@barraairguns.com


Purchased at Walmart or Walmart.com:

Walmart does not accept returns on airguns, and our competitors also don't accept returns on their guns purchased at Walmart. To show you that we take full responsibility for our guns, we are happy to receive return requests. Please email help@barraairguns.com including a picture of your Walmart receipt, a photo of the gun, and a reason for the return. We will get back to you within 72 business hours with an approval or denial of your request. If you have any questions, please email help@barraairguns.com.


Purchased somewhere else: 

Please email help@barraairguns.com with proof of purchase, your address, and a photo of the state of your gun and the reason for the return.

Once we approve your request, return unused items, in the original box with all accessories, warranty cards, owner's manuals, etc. within 30 days for an exchange or refund. You will need to put your boxed item in a separate box to ship so that the packaging stays in mint condition. We will charge a restocking fee for any damaged packaging. Non-defective returns will be charged a 15% restocking fee.

  1. Returns without the complete original packaging may not be accepted. 
  2. Shipping and handling is non-refundable except in the case of defective merchandise shipped within the United States. 
  3. Shipping for returned merchandise should be prepaid. 
  4. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the date we receive the return for credit. 
  5. We assume no liability for loss or damage of returned packages. We recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper. 
  6. Returning merchandise nullifies your ability to take advantage of any promotions or rebates that may be associated with it.
